Our business, Dovetail Facilities Ltd, is a busy family run facilities management company – focussing mainly on commercial clients with a smaller percentage of residential work. 

We were looking for an Accountant and had been told MAGIC Accounts were really good.  I’ve not been disappointed, MAGIC are excellent, I can’t fault them.  Each month I put all my paperwork in a MAGIC Mailbag, send it to them and they do the rest.  They certainly save me so much time and a real benefit is to me is that everything is on-line plus the information they deliver for me isn’t loaded with jargon so it’s really easy to understand.  I appreciate the personal touch too – they’re approachable and friendly; any time I have a question they’re happy to help me and my dedicated Accountant is always available, I’ve never had to wait longer than an hour for a call.
