Service Level Guarantee

Communication

  • Emails received will be answered within 24 hours, but usually sooner*
  • The phone will be answered promptly when you call and we do not use call centers
  • Telephone queries will be replied to within 24 hours, but usually sooner*
  • Letters will be answered within 2 working days of receipt*
  • Any contact via our social media profiles are answered within 12 hours*

Delivery of Services

Subject to all the appropriate information having been received from you, your accounts, management reports and tax returns are guaranteed for completion within the following agreed timescales

  • Monthly Bookkeeping and Management Reports will be completed within 10 working days*
  • Draft annual accounts will be submitted for approval within 30 days

Payroll

  • Initial set up will be completed within 5 working days*
  • Payroll will automatically be run on a weekly or monthly basis

Overall Service

  • You will be appointed your own dedicated Account Manager to ensure a constant level of personal service is maintained
  • We guarantee to only charge low fixed fees, always proposed and agreed by you in advance
  • We guarantee not to tie you into any contract
  • We will provide your business with ongoing advice and support
  • All accounting and bookkeeping will be carried out “in house” by suitably qualified people
  • You will be treated with courtesy and professionalism
  • We will speak to you openly and honestly
  • We promise not to baffle you with jargon (and feel free to shout up if we do!)
  • We promise to be transparent in every aspect of our accountancy and bookkeeping services
  • Your documents and personal information will be protected and kept strictly confidential
  • As your agents we will liaise with HM Revenue and Customs on your behalf
  • We love our planet and to reduce our use of paper will use email and SMS to contact you (unless otherwise requested).

*Not including bank holidays, annual leave, staff training or unexpected circumstances
